The McBain Ramblers will challenge the Cadillac Vikings at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. McBain is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.
McBain's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Lake City as they made off with a 15-0 win. The Ramblers haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.
Katelyn DeZeeuw was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one hit any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Cadillac was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 22-0 to Gaylord.
The win got McBain back to even at 2-2. As for Cadillac, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
