South Hagerstown extended the longest winning streak in Monocacy Valley - Antietam this week by beating Williamsport, 48-12. This was the team's eighth consecutive win.
Smithsburg and Clear Spring played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Smithsburg eventually emerging with a 7-6 victory.
North Hagerstown's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Hubs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Nick Karlen has thrown for 728 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while Tre Anderson has 18 catches for 352 yards. Kyle Hewlett leads the league in rushing with 679 yards.
A big matchup in Monocacy Valley - Antietam this week will be when North Hagerstown takes on Boonsboro. The Hubs are currently in second, while the Warriors are in third.
