Hitchcock County had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against the Wallace Wildcats by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Falcons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Hitchcock County easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-10.

Riley Hagan paced Hitchcock County's offense, picking up 13 kills. Hagan got some help from Kalissa Hagan and her 15 assists. Asia Homma controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Hitchcock County's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Wallace, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Coming up, Hitchcock County will host Maywood/Hayes Center at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Wallace, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Perkins County on the 9th.
