Ryan Abele of Colusa ran for the longest rushing play in Mid-Valley this season against Durham last week. Abele ran for 69 yards on the play and finished with 197 on the day as his team defeated the Trojans.
Colusa moved up to 827 from 1,007 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Paul Theriault's team climbed the ranks as a result of besting Durham 42-30.
The RedHawks' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jose Santana threw for 90 yards and RJ Phillips had 69 yards receiving.
