  Madison Wendel made a splash no matter where she played. She  kept things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over seven innings pitched. Wendel has been consistent recently: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in 12 consecutive pitching appearances. Wendel was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs while going 3-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Claire Steinke was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with a  home run, three  runs,  and three  RBI. She is on a roll when it comes to  home runs, as she's  now  launched  at least one in the last three games she's  played.  Avery Knapke was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.
 Bradford's loss dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Coldwater, they now  have a winning record of 8-7.
