After losing to the Westfall Mustangs the last time they met, the Unioto Shermans decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Unioto came out on top against Westfall by a score of 53-45 on Friday.
The win got Unioto back to even at 5-5. As for Westfall, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-3 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Unioto's homestand continues as they prepare to take on Huntington at 7:15 p.m. on January 9th. Huntington is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. Westfall won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Madison Plains at 7:15 p.m. on January 6th.
