There's no place like home for Zion-Benton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against the North Chicago Warhawks by a score of 2-0 on Monday. The victory continues a trend for the Zee-Bees in their matchups with the Warhawks: they've now won four in a row.

Zion-Benton never let North Chicago on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-22.

Olivia Martinez was the offensive standout of the match as she had eight aces and four digs. Those eight aces gave her a new career-high. Madeline Baartz also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Zion-Benton's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for North Chicago, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coincidentally, Zion-Benton and North Chicago will both be playing Cristo Rey St. Martin the next time they take the court. The Zee-Bees will host the CRSM at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Warhawks will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
