The Rockcastle County Rockets are on the road again  on Monday to play the Casey County Rebels at 8:00  p.m.
 Last Tuesday, Rockcastle County came up short against West Jessamine  and fell  8-5.
  Ella Bussell made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 3-for-4 with a  home run and two  doubles. She has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  home run the last three times she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Kiley Dunaway, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 3-for-4.
 Meanwhile, Casey County has not done well against Campbellsville recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Thursday. Casey County skirted past Campbellsville  8-6.
  Harmony Meece made a big impact no matter where she played. She  struck out seven batters over  three innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits (and only one walk). Meece was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Elizabeth Forbes and  Kennedy Neat did most of the damage at the plate:  Forbes  went 1-for-4 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and a  triple, while  Neat  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-4.  Gaeda Gertler was another key contributor,  going 2-for-4 with a  double and  an  RBI.
 Rockcastle County has  been struggling recently as they've  lost 16 of their last 19 matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 8-26 record  this season. As for Casey County, their win was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 19-15.
