After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Greene, South Greene was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Johnson County Longhorns a 16-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Rebels, who have now won eight contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Kortnei Bailey made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
