The Camden Military Spartans's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against Pinewood Prep, falling 66-30. Camden Military lost against Pinewood Prep in their previous head to head last Wednesday, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 83-42 score last time.
Pinewood Prep's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Michael Jones, who scored 14 points. The match was Jones' third in a row with at least ten points. Tripp Eidson was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 8 rebounds.
Camden Military's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Pinewood Prep, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2.
Camden Military will take on North Central at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pinewood Prep, they will be playing at home against Cane Bay at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Cane Bay has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 201 points over their last three matchups.
