Meanwhile, Trillium Academy put the finishing touches on their fifth blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They breezed by Star International Academy on the road to the tune of 65-19. Given Trillium Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 116th, while Star International Academy is ranked 669th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Trillium Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jaylin Bradford, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. Bradford has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Keymarryon Fishburn was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Charyl Stockwell Preparatory Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Trillium Academy, their win bumped their record up to 10-1.
