The Twin Falls Bruins entered their tilt with the Lakeland Hawks with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. Twin Falls took down Lakeland 28-12 on Friday. Twin Falls pushed the score to 28-6 by the end of the third, a deficit Lakeland cut but never quite recovered from.
Wyatt Solosabal was his usual excellent self, picking up 108 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also punching in a touchdown on the ground.
Although Lakeland took the loss, they still got scores from Peyton Hillman and Roan Reilly.
Twin Falls' victory was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 9-1. As for Lakeland, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.
Twin Falls will take on Skyline at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Idaho (Skyline is ranked 17th, while Twin Falls is ranked 15th). Lakeland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
