St. Henry is 7-1 against Parkway since February of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The St. Henry Redskins will be playing at home against the Parkway Panthers at 7:00 p.m. St. Henry will be looking to keep their eight-game home win streak alive.
A well-balanced attack led St. Henry over Van Wert in every quarter on their way to victory on Saturday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that St. Henry blew Van Wert out of the water with a 74-39 final score. The win was just what St. Henry needed coming off of a 74-41 defeat in their prior game.
Evan Bowers was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 21 points and 12 rebounds. He hasn't dropped below 15 points for 11 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Beyke, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, Parkway's game on Friday was all tied up 25-25 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 47-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of New Bremen. Parkway has not had much luck with New Bremen recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
St. Henry's win bumped their record up to 15-4. As for Parkway, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-8 record this season.
St. Henry didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Parkway in their previous matchup back in February of 2023, but they still walked away with a 57-52 victory.
