On Thursday Beaver will take on Fairview at 7:00 PM. Fairview will be strutting in after a victory while Beaver will be stumbling in from a defeat.
Things haven't been easy for Beaver, and their game last Friday only extended their streak of losses to seven. They were completely outmatched, falling 16-55 to Texhoma. The state rankings had actually given Beaver a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Meanwhile, Fairview took their matchup against Mooreland last Friday by a conclusive 34-7 score. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 21-0.
Beaver have to be hurting after a devastating 20-47 loss at the hands of Fairview the last time the two teams met. Can Beaver avenge their loss, or is history doomed to repeat itself ? We'll soon find out.
