If Glynn Academy wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played South Effingham, they should've done a better job of containing Will Harlin. The South Effingham Mustangs managed a 67-61 win over the Glynn Academy Terrors on Saturday thanks in part to Harlin, who posted 20 points in addition to five rebounds and four steals. That's the most points he has posted since back in November of 2024.

South Effingham's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-11. As for Glynn Academy, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-20.
South Effingham and Glynn Academy could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. South Effingham will face off against Brunswick at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday down 358 places (391 vs. 33). Similarly, Glynn Academy (ranked 477th) will meet Bradwell Institute (ranked 49th) at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
