JASPER, Fla. -
Union County (Lake Butler, Fla.) had a comfortable lead entering the fourth quarter, but used 14 fourth quarter points to seal the 35-6 victory over
Hamilton County (Jasper, Fla.).
After taking the lead on a touchdown in the second quarter, the Fightin' Tigers were up 7-6 at the half.
Union County grew its lead to 15 points entering the fourth quarter. UC scored two times in the third, including once on a
Daquin Edwards touchdown run.
Isaiah Johnson and Edwards ran for a bunch of touchdowns for the Trojans. Johnson scored two touchdowns on the ground and Edwards added two as well.
Hamilton County's lone touchdown came on a 3-yard run by
Justin Milton in the second quarter.
The loss comes after Hamilton County defeated Maclay 25-10 last week.
