Dyersburg had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.9 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Friday. They put the hurt on the Dyer County Choctaws with a sharp 65-44 win. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Dyersburg's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.5 points over those games. As for Dyer County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.

Dyersburg will challenge South Gibson at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. South Gibson will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Dyersburg surely won't give up without a fight. Dyer County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
