The Barr-Reeve Vikings scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They took down Robinson 56-39. The victory was familiar territory for Barr-Reeve who now have three in a row.
Barr-Reeve's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Donnie Miller, who scored 19 points along with six rebounds. That's the first time this season that Miller scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Evan Wehmeier, who scored ten points.
Barr-Reeve's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Robinson, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Barr-Reeve and North Knox will face off at 7:30 p.m. on December 12th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. North Knox is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak. As for Robinson, they will head out on the road to face off against Charleston at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Charleston is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 52.8 points per game.
