Kamryn Notari made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over five innings pitched. Notari was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.
In other batting news, Old Forge got a massive performance out of Joselyn DeStefano, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one double. That triple was DeStefano's first of the season. Another player making a difference was Kate O'Hearn, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.
The victory got Old Forge back to even at 10-10. As for Forest City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.
