The Triplains/Brewster Titans lost against the Wallace County Wildcats back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Triplains/Brewster was beaten by Wallace County 74-16.
Madison Schroeder was Triplains/Brewster's leading scorer, having posted eight points. Schroeder also led the team in rebounds with seven.
Trista Latham took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.
Triplains/Brewster's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Wallace County, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Triplains/Brewster won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Golden Plains at 6:00 p.m. on December 9th. As for Wallace County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wichita County at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. Wichita County will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
