Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Alexander

Alexander waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Osborne Cardinals by a score of 2-0. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cardinals, too.

Alexander easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-18.

Alexander now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Osborne, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Coincidentally, Alexander and Osborne will both be playing Tri-Cities the next time they take the court. The Cougars will head out to face the Bulldogs at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Cardinals will play them later in the day, at 7:30 p.m.
