Ashdown's victory was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 15-7. The  home  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 7.4 runs over those games. As for Smackover, their loss dropped their record down to 11-7.
 Coming up, Ashdown will venture away from home to  face off against Atlanta  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few  runs on average (the Panthers 2.9, the Rabbits 3.4) so any  runs scored will be well earned. As for Smackover, they will be playing at home against Woodlawn  at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
