The Meek Tigers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. Everything went their way against Lynn as Meek made off with a 61-39 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Meek has posted since November 28, 2023.
Meek found their leader in underclassman Aleah Addison, who scored 23 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Meek and bumps their season record up to 10-7. As for Lynn, they dropped their record down to 6-10 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Meek won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Winston County at 5:00 p.m. on January 27th. Hopefully Winston County focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 last Thursday. As for Lynn, they will head out on the road to take on Curry at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
