The Richmond Christian Warriors can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 55-27 win over Grace Christian School. The win was just what Richmond Christian needed coming off of a 69-31 defeat in their prior match.
Richmond Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kailah Carter, who dropped a double-double on 23 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it ten consecutive games in which Carter has scored at least a third of Richmond Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Morgan Trimble, who scored 17 points along with five assists and four steals.
Richmond Christian's victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-2. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 30.8 points. As for Grace Christian School, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Richmond Christian will take on the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grace Christian School, they will head out on the road to take on the Falcons at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Grove Christian School comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 24 points in their last three games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
