Evansville Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Landyn Richason led the charge by scoring 19 points along with 6 rebounds. Zaryen Moore was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 blocks.
Daviess County's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Evansville Central, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

As for Evansville Central, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Mt. Vernon at 7:00 p.m. Mt.
