Perry won the last time they faced Cleveland and things went their way on Friday too. Perry put the hurt on Cleveland with a sharp 12-5 win. The Maroons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by seven runs or more this season.

Perry is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9 runs. Cleveland's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-11.

Coming up, Perry will head out to face off against Chickasha at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Chickasha's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so Perry's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Cleveland, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 10-2 loss against Newkirk on the 29th.
