Dallas International has not had much luck with Garland Christian Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Garland Christian Academy was led to victory by Aiden Tiet and Caden Sandlin. Tiet scored 17 points along with nine steals and eight assists, while Sandlin dropped a double-double on 35 points and 12 steals. Sandlin is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Jackson Vinson was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with two steals.
Dallas International's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Garland Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dallas International's road trip will continue as they head out to face Wylie Prep Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th. Wylie Prep Academy will be looking to keep their six-game home win streak alive. As for Garland Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to take on Alcuin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
