Walnut were able to grind out a solid victory over Coffeeville on Friday, winning 38-24. The game pushed Coffeeville down to 1-4 and pulled Walnut up to the reverse at 4-1.
Walnut will stay at home next week against Fayette Academy at 7:00 PM. Fayette Academy will need to watch out since Walnut have now posted big point totals in their last three contests. Coffeeville will look to defend their home turf against Greenville Christian at 7:00 PM.
