The Sauk Prairie Eagles will square off against the McFarland Spartans on Saturday. Both come into the  match bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
Sauk Prairie is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Thursday. They blew past Waupun 3-0. The Eagles not only won  on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win  since September 30th (when they won  3-0).
 The final score came out to 25-17, 25-21,  25-20.

Sauk Prairie found their leader in sophomore  Bentlee Conway, who  had nine  digs and six  aces. Those six  aces set a new season-high mark for  Conway. The team also got some help courtesy of  Leah Allen, who  had 11  assists and nine  digs.
 Sauk Prairie  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 12  aces. That's the most  aces they've posted  in their last eight  contests.
Edgerton typically has all the answers at home, but  on Thursday McFarland proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with  a   3-1  win over the Crimson Tide. Winning may never get old, but the Spartans sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.
 McFarland had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 25-23, 25-21,  25-20.
 Sauk Prairie's victory bumped their record up to 26-5. As for McFarland,  the  win  got them back to even at 20-20.
 Sauk Prairie beat McFarland 2-0  when the teams last played  two weeks ago. Will the Eagles repeat their success,  or do  the Spartans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
