After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Westmont, Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Everything went their way against the Juarez Eagles as they made off with a 13-1 victory. Considering the Hawks have won four matches by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Juarez, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park will take on Peotone at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Juarez, they will venture away from home to face off against Agricultural Science at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cyclones will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
