The Parsippany Redhawks will be playing at home against the Kittatinny Regional Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Parsippany suffered their closest loss since December 22, 2023 on Wednesday. They fell just short of Mountain Lakes by a score of 43-40. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Parsippany has scored all season.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from David Niedermaier, who scored 14 points. Another player making a difference was Charlie Cordasco, who scored eight points.
Meanwhile, Kittatinny Regional ended up a good deal behind North Warren Regional on Wednesday and lost 51-37. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Kittatinny Regional in their matchups with North Warren Regional: they've now lost four in a row.
Parsippany now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Kittatinny Regional, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-9.
Everything went Parsippany's way against Kittatinny Regional when the teams last played back in January of 2018 as Parsippany made off with a 66-43 victory. Will Parsippany repeat their success, or does Kittatinny Regional have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
