It was a good run, but  the St. Marys Bears unfortunately witnessed the end of their  seven-game winning streak on Friday. They took a hard  68-52 fall against Rossville. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as St. Marys came into the  game with a sizable advantage  in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings  (they are ranked 31st, while Rossville is ranked 89th).
 Rossville's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Jack Donovan, who  scored 22 points along with five  rebounds and three  steals. Another player making a difference was  Mason Jones, who  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and 12  rebounds.
 St. Marys' loss  ended a six-game streak of away wins  dating back to last season and  brought them to 10-2. As for Rossville, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight games,  which provided a massive bump to their 8-4 record this season.
 St. Marys will be playing at home against Rossville at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Rossville is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. As for they, they will  face off against St. Marys at 7:00  p.m.
