Josh Lyon and DJ Wilson provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Coventry. The longest such play in Northeastern Buckeye this season, the connection resulted in 59 yards.

Kordelle Phillips was a key player and the best on defense this week as Alliance beat Southeast. The 5-foot-8 senior.
Phillips put up the best numbers through the air as the Aviators defeated the Pirates. He finished with a total of 11 completions for 168 yards and 4 touchdowns. Phillips' favorite target this week was Ryan Bevington, who caught 3 passes for 67 yards.
Lyon was the best running back in the league this week. In 16 carries, he ran for 122 yards as Canton South bested the Comets.

Nicoletti was the best wideout in Northeastern Buckeye this week as Canton South beat Ed Egan's team. Kahlil Coleman helped Canton South's passing attack out by catching 5 balls for 72 yards.

Salem scaled the state rankings by moving to 372 from 548 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Quakers climbed the ranks as a result of beating Liberty 27-25.
