Red Bud came tearing into Saturday's match with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Farina South Central Cougars.

Leading Red Bud to victory were Maria Murry and Devyn Liefer. Murry had six digs and two aces, while Liefer had seven digs. That's the most digs Liefer has posted since back in October of 2024.

Red Bud's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Farina South Central, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Red Bud didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Trico on the 30th. As for Farina South Central, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Marissa/Coulterville on the 30th.
