Even though the NSU University Sharks scored an imposing 67 points on Saturday, the Treasure Coast Titans still came out on top. Treasure Coast took their contest against NSU University 79-67.
It was another big night for Tyson Wilson, who dropped a double-double on 33 points and 16 rebounds. The contest was his third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Shelton, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds.
Treasure Coast's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for NSU University, their loss dropped their record down to 8-2.
Treasure Coast is on the road again on Wednesday and play against Deerfield Beach at 3:00 p.m. on December 27th. Deerfield Beach is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home. NSU University and Bridge to Independence will round out the year against one another at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday at. Bridge to Independence will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 424th, while NSU University is ranked 63rd).
