Basketball Recap: Mcconnellsburg Makes It 12 in a Row on the Road

You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely McConnellsburg's strategy against Northern Bedford County on Wednesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the McConnellsburg Spartans blew the Northern Bedford County Panthers out of the water with a 65-21 final score. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 44 points or more this season.

Leading McConnellsburg to victory were Brayden Ramsey and Hoyt Glenn. Ramsey went 9 for 15 on his way to 20 points in addition to five boards and five blocks, while Glenn posted 11 points in addition to seven steals and five assists. Ramsey has been hot for a while, having posted two or more blocks the last 11 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jake Hann, who had six points along with seven boards and three blocks.
