Glenbard East got themselves on the board against Streamwood on Wednesday, but Streamwood never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Sabres with a sharp 12-0 win. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

Glenbard East pushed their record up to 13-7 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Streamwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Coming up, Glenbard East will head out to square off against Larkin at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Rams are facing the Royals at the right time seeing as the Royals are stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Streamwood, they will be playing at home against West Chicago at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.88 runs per game on average), something the Sabres will no doubt try to take advantage of.
