Basketball Recap: White Lake's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak on the Road

White Lake lost to Flambeau back in December of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The White Lake Lakers skirted past the Flambeau Falcons 36-33. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Lakers' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 361st, while the Falcons are ranked 117th).

White Lake's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3. As for Flambeau, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 7-1.
