After a seven-game series, NBA playoff teams get to know each other pretty well. But, for a few select players, the familiarity goes all the way back to high school.
Several opponents in this year's playoffs actually attended the same high school. While they might not have played at the same time, they surely see each other at alumni functions and fundraisers. Awkward.
For example, David West of the Pacers and Mike Scott of the Hawks, both former Hargrave Military Academy players, are currently battling each other in the first round.
On the other hand, some players on the same NBA team who share a common goal of a championship were also teammates in high school when they were looking to win state titles. Fellow Hargrave alums Jordan Crawford and Marreese Speights are currently playing together for the Warriors.
Below is a list of high schools with multiple players in the 2013-14 NBA playoffs.
