Colfax had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They never let the Rocklin Thunder get on the board and left with a 6-0 win on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Kaylee Fore threw for 116 yards and one touchdown while completing 74.2% of her passes. Miakota Toy was her top target, picking up 39 receiving yards. On the ground, Evie Reid rushed for 39 yards.

Rocklin's loss dropped their record down to 1-2.

Colfax has already played their next matchup, a 6-0 defeat against West Park on the 21st. As for Rocklin, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 18-7 loss against Woodcreek on the 25th.
