Academy for Classical Education extended their road winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Sara Rhett Farmer. The Academy for Classical Education Gryphons took down the Jackson Red Devils 51-32 on Saturday thanks in part to Farmer, who went 9 for 16 on her way to 29 points and three steals. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.
Several Red Devils players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Elicia Smith, who posted 12 points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Sophie Logan, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and four steals.
Academy for Classical Education's win bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Jackson, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-14.
