The Summit Christian Academy Eagles can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 45-22 margin over Riverfield Country Day. The win was just business as usual for Summit Christian Academy, who after ten games remain undefeated this season.
Riverfield Country Day lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Lily Clark, who scored 12 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Stella Thomas was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with nine rebounds.
Summit Christian Academy's victory was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. As for Riverfield Country Day, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.
Summit Christian Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Regent Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Regent Prep will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings (they are ranked 309th, while Summit Christian Academy is ranked 71st). As for Riverfield Country Day, they will head out on the road to face off against Wellston at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Wellston's defense has only allowed 28.4 points per game this season, so Riverfield Country Day's offense will have their work cut out for them.
