Everything went the Wolves' way against Sheboygan Area Lutheran on Tuesday as they made off with an 11-1 victory. The contest marked the Wolves' most dominant win of the season so far.

Ayden Keuler and Drew Halbach made a big impact no matter where they played. Throwing, Keuler pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Meanwhile, Halbach pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five). At the plate, Keuler got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs, two RBI, and one double, while Halbach got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs. That double was Keuler's first of the season.
In other batting news, Brody Hein was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Spencer Karls was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Hilbert hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sheboygan Area Lutheran struck out eight times.
Meanwhile, Manitowoc Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Hilbert, falling 11-3.
Derek Laabs made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with one home run and two RBI.
The victory made it two in a row for Hilbert and bumps their season record up to 4-7. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Manitowoc Lutheran, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
