Clarkston is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Deer Park a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Tuesday. The Clarkston Bantams will welcome the Deer Park Stags at 4:00 p.m. Clarkston is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season.
Clarkston's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. Everything went their way against Rogers as they made off with a 12-0 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Bantams as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Jacob Stewart made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 13 over 6.2 innings pitched. He also allowed no hits, which is notable because Clarkston is 2-1 when he allows at most one hit, but 8-9 otherwise. Stewart was also big at the plate, going 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March.

Clarkston kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Deer Park came up short against Pullman on Saturday and fell 8-5.
Deer Park saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ian Olietti, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.
Deer Park's defeat dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Clarkston, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.
Tuesday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Clarkston has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .432. However, it's not like Deer Park struggles in that department as they've averaged .442. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Everything went Clarkston's way against Deer Park in their previous meeting back in April, as Clarkston made off with an 11-2 win. Do the Bantams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Stags turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
