Apollo's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Alexandria, the  win was  the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-3.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Apollo will venture away from home to  face off against Brainerd  at 7:15  p.m.  on Friday. Brainerd has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 180 points over their last three matchups. As for Alexandria, they will head out on the road to  take on  Rocori  at 7:15  p.m.  on Friday. The timing isn't great for Rocori: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while Alexandria has snatched up six consecutive wins on the road.
