The Highland Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Palmdale Falcons, and things went their way on Friday too. Highland blew past Palmdale, posting a 67-13 win on the road. The result was nothing new for Highland, who have now won four matches by 27 points or more so far this season.
Justin Wyatt jr. was a one-man wrecking crew for Highland as he rushed for 129 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 139 yards and five touchdowns. Wyatt jr. was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 56 yards. Nethanyel Simpkins made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
Highland's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Palmdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.
Highland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Palmdale is also done with their season.
