Strawberry Crest had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.3 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They never let the Lennard Longhorns get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 16-13 last Tuesday.

Brisen Tweedy was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one stolen base. That's the most RBI he has posted over his last 11 games. Another player making a difference was Yusvanny Parra, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Strawberry Crest always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .536. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lennard only posted an OBP of .167.

Strawberry Crest's win bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Lennard, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.

Strawberry Crest didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Wharton on the 31st. As for Lennard, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Sumner on the 1st.
