Linn will challenge Doniphan West on the road on Friday. Linn are limping into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.
After soaring to 38 points the game before, Linn faltered in their game last Friday. They took a serious blow against Rock Hills last Friday, falling 8-54. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.
Meanwhile, after a disappointing 6 points in the contest before, Doniphan West made sure to put some points up on the board against Onaga. Everything came up roses for Doniphan West against Onaga as the team secured a 58-20 win. Doniphan West were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Doniphan West's victory lifted them to 1-3 while Linn's loss dropped them down to 0-4. We'll see if Doniphan West's success rolls on or if Linn are able to steal their positive momentum.
