St. Augustine Prep won the last time they faced Ocean City and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hermits came out on top against the Raiders by a score of 12-9.

Brady Jackson and Alex Weingartner did most of the damage at the plate: Jackson got on base in all five of his plate appearances with one home run, four RBI, and two runs, while Weingartner got on base in three of his five plate appearances with one home run and five RBI. What's more, Jackson posted three hits, the most he's had since back in May of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of William Childs, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

St. Augustine Prep's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Ocean City, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

St. Augustine Prep will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Raiders: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
