David Emanuel Academy got themselves on the board against Grace Christian Academy on Friday, but Grace Christian Academy never followed suit. They breezed past the Cougars to the tune of 66-0. The Eagles have beaten the Cougars the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Cougars has come to flipping the script.

Richard Braddy had an outrageously good game as he threw for 163 yards and five touchdowns on only 11 passes, and also rushed for 62 yards and a pair of scores. Those 62 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. David Emanuel Academy's leading receiver Sailor Powell was Braddy's top target yet again, picking up 66 receiving yards and one TD, while also punching in one touchdown on the ground.

Another reason for the win was David Emanuel Academy's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for four sacks. In that department, Tucker Free was the leader with two. He is also on a roll when it comes to total tackles, as he's now made five or more in each of the last 11 games he's played dating back to last season.

David Emanuel Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Grace Christian Academy, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.
